Launched in 2016, the Motion Picture Community Initiative (MPCI) came together as a volunteer industry task force to recognize, appreciate, profile and celebrate the BC communities that help make the Province’s film and television production sector thrive.

 

The MPCI was collaboratively founded by Screen BC, Creative BC, CMPA-BC, IATSE891 and the DGC-BC, and is financially supported broadly by Screen BC members.
